    17.3.04 CM Hon CHOY So-yuk moved a motion to urge the Administration to implement the concept of corporate social and environmental responsibility in Hong Kong with a view to enhancing Hong Kong's international image and its position as a financial centre and achieving sustainable development, was passed by the Council.
