    15.11.03 FA The Panel discussed with the Administration on the Festival. In addition to the papers circulated to members after the meeting held on 11.10.03, the following papers were issued -

    The Secretariat prepared a background brief which set out the background of the Festival and outlined the key observations and conclusions of the Report of the Director of Audit and the Report of the Independent Panel of Inquiry on the Harbour Fest. [Background brief]

    10/05FAThe Administration provided the final report of the Campaign to Relaunch Hong Kong's Economy after the completion of all related activities, including those outstanding matters in relation to Harbour Fest.     24.5.06 CQ Hon Audrey EU raised a question on disciplinary proceedings for civil servants. The question involved the disciplinary proceedings surrounding the Harbour Fest case conducted by the Civil Service Bureau and the time limit for the Chief Executive to deal with appeals lodged by government officers against the outcome of the proceedings.
