    14.12.04 FSEH The Panel discussed with the Administration the progress of implementation of a Code of Practice and the plan for implementing further preventive measures to address the problem of ciguatera fish poisoning. [Paper]

    The Administration implemented the Code of Practice on 15.12.04 and agreed to report to the Panel in six months' time its review of the effectiveness of the Code of Practice.
