4.00 - The Culture and Heritage Commission (CHC) was established in April 2000 to advise the Government on the policies as well as funding priorities on culture and arts. CHC submitted the "Culture and Heritage Commission Policy Recommendation Report" to the Government in April 2003, putting forward its policy recommendations on, inter alia, public museum services.
