The Panels circulated to members an Administration's paper re transcripts of the hearing on application for interim injunction over Central Reclamation Phase III works, affirmations submitted by the Government to the Court for the above case, timetable specified in the relevant works contract for dredging and filling up works, latest traffic forecasts in Central, cost-effectiveness of Central-Wan Chai Bypass and Road P2 network, and feasibility of using fresh water for water-cooled air-conditioning system.
