The Administration reviewed the implementation timetable for ISS-2, taking into account the views and concerns of members expressed at the meeting on 1 November 2001, as well as factors such as urgency of projects, inter-dependence of applications and manageability of changes brought about by the projects. The Administration also provided details on manpower savings arising from ISS-2 and manpower requirement of new control points for the Panel's consideration. [Paper]
