The Parliamentary Liaison Subcommittee of the House Committee is responsible for the overall co-ordination of all parliamentary liaison activities between the Council and other parliamentary organizations outside Hong Kong, considering proposals to establish friendship groups with such organizations, and making recommendations to the House Committee on these matters.
