The division provides services to meetings of the Council, the Committee on Members' Interests, the Committee on Rules of Procedure and the Investigation Committee established under Rule 49B(2A) of the Rules of Procedure in respect of the Motion to censure Honourable KAM Nai-wai. The division is also responsible for providing services to Legislative Council Members' regular meetings with members of three district councils (Wan Chai, Sai Kung and Wong Tai Sin).

The division is headed by an Assistant Secretary General and supported by 3 Chief Council Secretaries, 5 Senior Council Secretaries, 1 Research Officer, 2 Senior Administrative Assistants, 6 Administrative Assistants I and 5 Administrative Assistants.
