The division provides secretariat and support services to Public Accounts Committee, and assists The Legislative Council Commission to oversee the planning and implementation of the new Legislative Council Complex project at Tamar.

In addition, the division is responsible for servicing Legislative Council Members' regular meetings with councillors of Heung Yee Kuk and members of Kwun Tong District Council. It also coordinates Legislative Council Members' regular meetings with 18 District Councils.
