The Legislative Council ("LegCo") Subcommittee on Matters Relating to Railways conducted a site visit to the construction site of the West Kowloon Terminus of the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link on 13 December 2015 to better understand its works progress.

Members participating in the visit included Hon CHAN Han-pan, Chairman of the Subcommittee, Hon WONG Kwok-hing, Deputy Chairman of the Subcommittee, Hon Claudia MO, Hon Michael TIEN Puk-sun, Hon TANG Ka-piu, Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-kwok and Hon Christopher CHUNG Shu-kun who are Subcommittee members, as well as Hon TAM Yiu-chung, Hon IP Kwok-him, Hon KWOK Wai-keung and Dr Hon Helena WONG Pik-wan who are non-Subcommittee Members.
