Visit to Chong Hing Water Sports Centre and
the Outward Bound Hong Kong

The Legislative Council Subcommittee to Study Issues Relating to Animal Rights visited the Chong Hing Water Sports Centre and the Outward Bound Hong Kong on 14 November 2017 to understand the ecological environment of the site for relocated stray cattle and the installation of cattle grid.
Members participating in the visit included Chairman of the Subcommittee, Dr Hon CHIANG Lai-wan, Subcommittee members Dr Hon Elizabeth QUAT, Hon CHU Hoi-dick and Hon LAU Kwok-fan.
