Orientation programme for Members-elect The Legislative Council ("LegCo") Secretariat organized a three-day orientation programme in late September 2016 for Members-elect of the Sixth LegCo to familiarize them with the powers and functions of LegCo and Members, the services provided by the Secretariat and the facilities in the LegCo Complex.
