At its meeting on 4, 5 and 6 February 2004, the Legislative Council passed the following two resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs relating to the Particulars Relating to Candidates on Ballot Papers (Legislative Council) Regulation. (2) Resolution moved by Hon HUI Cheung-ching relating to the extension of the period for amending the Electoral Affairs Commission (Financial Assistance for Legislative Council Elections) (Application and Payment Procedure) Regulation.
