At its meeting on 21 and 22 April 2004, the Legislative Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by the Secretary for Economic Development and Labour relating to the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Certification and Licensing) Regulation and the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Typhoon Shelters) Regulation.
