At its meeting on 28 April 2004, the Legislative Council passed the following two bills: (1) Appropriation Bill 2004. (2) Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (Merger) Bill. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food relating to the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) Regulation 2004 and the Poisons List (Amendment) Regulation 2004.
