2.4 Number of Hours of Station Productions

ATV and TVB produced 11,490 hours (34%) of programmes in aggregate in 2003-2004. Of the 163 channels provided by the domestic pay TV licensees, 33 (20.2%) were station-produced. With the exception of RTHK's channel Radio 6 relaying BBC World Service, the other 12 radio channels were produced by the broadcasters.
