The Hong Kong Broadcasting Scene - 9 Programmes for Minority Ethnic Groups in Hong Kong
The licensees included programmes catering for the needs of the minority ethnic groups in Hong Kong, such as Japanese programme "Story of Quill"(小Q正傳) and Korean programme "Rules of Marriage"(結婚遊戲) on the domestic free English TV channels.

The domestic pay television programme service licensees included channels in Hindi (Zee TV), Japanese (NHK), Korean (Arirang TV), French (TV5), German (Deutsche Welle-tv), Spanish (TVE), Portuguese (RTPI), Urdu (Indus Plus & Indus Vision) and Tagalog (Filipino) languages on their platforms.

On radio, programmes in Tagalog, Hindi and Indonesian were provided for the different ethnic groups for their enjoyment.
