3.2 Sound Broadcasting
The three radio broadcasters provided their services in
analogue FM and AM modes. Seven FM programme services were
provided through seven hilltop sites9. In addition,
six AM programme services were broadcast from two other hilltop
sites10, supplemented by six low-power FM gap-fillers11
to improve the AM programme services. The services practically
cover the whole territory of Hong Kong.
