At its meeting on 31 January 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following bill: Safety of United Nations and Associated Personnel Bill, with amendments proposed by the Secretary for Security at Committee Stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following two motions with no legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Assisting in the transformation of factory buildings", moved by Hon Mrs Selina CHOW LIANG Shuk-yee. (2) Motion on "A comprehensive review on mental health policy", moved by Dr Hon KWOK Ka-ki as amended by Dr Hon Joseph LEE Kok-long.
