At its meeting on 14 November 2007, the Legislative Council passed the following bill: Attachment of Income Order (Application to Government and Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill 2007, with amendments proposed by the Secretary for Home Affairs at Committee Stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by the Secretary for the Environment under the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance. The following two motions not intended to have legislative effect were also passed by the Council: (1) Motion on "Rates relief", moved by Hon CHEUNG Hok-ming as amended by Hon Jeffrey LAM Kin-fung and Hon Miriam LAU Kin-yee. (2) Motion on "Developing diversified hawking and bazaar economic activities", moved by Hon WONG Kwok-hing as amended by Hon Vincent FANG Kang.
