2.EC(2009-10)2Proposed rationalisation the directorate structure of Innovation and Technology Commission of Government Secretariat with effect from 1 June 2009 following the setting up of the office of Create Hong Kong under the Communications and Technology Branch of the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau; and conversion of one permanent post from Chief Electronics Engineer (D1) to a bi-disciplinary post of Chief Electronics Engineer/Chief Electrical and Mechanical Engineer (D1) to open up the post in the Standard and Calibration Laboratory to the relevant professional grades staff
