At its meeting on 28 April 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following bill: Employment (Amendment) Bill 2009, with amendments moved by the Secretary for Labour and Welfare at Committee stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect: Motion on "Strengthening the regulation of the sale of residential properties", moved by Hon James TO Kun-sun as amended by Hon WONG Kwok-hing.
