At its meetings of 22 and 23 June 2011, the Legislative Council passed the following two bills: (1) Legislation Publication Bill, with amendments moved by the Secretary for Justice at Committee stage. (2) Stamp Duty (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2010, with amendments moved by the Secretary for Transport and Housing at Committee stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect: Motion on "Safeguarding the room for business and development of small and medium enterprises", moved by Dr Hon LAM Tai-fai as amended by Hon Fred LI Wah-ming.
