I. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE ON MEMBERS' INTERESTS

Miss Emily LAU nominated Mrs Miriam LAU, Mr HO Mun-ka seconded. As there were no other nominations, Mrs Miriam LAU was elected the Chairman of the Committee.

II. DATE OF THE FIRST MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE

2. It was agreed that the first meeting of the Committee would be held in public on Friday, 15 December 1995 at 9:00a.m.
