RECOMMENDATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT SUBCOMMITTEE
At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendation of the Establishment Subcommittee (ESC).
2. Agenda item EC(96-97)34 was recommended by ESC at its meeting on 17 July 1996. The relevant paper has previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration and is therefore not enclosed.
