RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT SUBCOMMITTEE
At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Establishment Subcommittee (ESC).
2. Agenda items EC(96-97)42 to 44 and 46 were recommended by ESC at its meeting on 13 November 1996. The relevant papers have previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration and are therefore not enclosed.
3. Members are invited to approve the ESC recommendations.
