To recommend to Finance Committee the upgrading of 81ET to Category A at an estimated cost of $451.3 million in money-of-the-day prices for improvement works at 22 government schools in phase 3 of the School Improvement Programme.

To recommend to Finance Committee an increase in the approved project estimate of 100DS from $663.5 million by $172 million to $835.5 million in money-of-the-day prices.

To recommend to Finance Committee -

(a) the upgrading of part of 34WF as 229WF, entitled "Tan Kwai Tsuen fresh water service reservoir stage II and mainlaying works in Tuen Mun area 52" to Category A at an estimated cost of $104.1 million in money-of-the-day prices; and

(b) the retention of the remainder of 34WF, retitled "Additional trunk transfer facilities between Yuen Long and Tuen Mun" in Category B.
