1. Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1997.

2. Charge of salaries tax

Section 8(2)(a) of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112) is repealed with effect from 1 July 1997.
