RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PUBLIC WORKS SUBCOMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMME AND CAPITAL SUBVENTION PROJECTS

At Enclosure 1 is a summary of the recommendations of the Public Works Subcommittee (PWSC) made at its meeting on 13 November 1997. At Enclosure 2 is a summary of the recommendations of the PWSC made at its meeting on 26 November 1997. The relevant papers have previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration by the PWSC and are therefore not enclosed.
