At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Establishment Subcommittee (ESC).

2.Agenda items EC(97-98)42 to 51, 52 to 55 & 57 to 59, and 61 to 66 were recommended by ESC at its meetings on 14 January 1998, 4 February 1998 and 6 February 1998 respectively. The relevant papers have previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration and are therefore not enclosed.
