At Enclosures 1 and 2 are summaries of the recommendations of the Public Works Subcommittee (PWSC) made at its meeting on 16 June 1999. The relevant papers considered by the PWSC have previously been forwarded to all Members and are therefore not enclosed.

2. With regard to Enclosure 2, PWSC Members agreed that the recommendations on 37TR, 38TR and 173SC be submitted to the Finance Committee separately in order to facilitate voting on these subjects.

3. Members are invited to approve the PWSC recommendations.
