RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PUBLIC WORKS SUBCOMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMME AND CAPITAL SUBVENTION PROJECTS

At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Public Works Subcommittee (PWSC) made at its meeting on 11 November 1998. The relevant papers have previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration by the PWSC and are therefore not enclosed.

2. Members are invited to approve the PWSC recommendations.
