At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Establishment Subcommittee (ESC).

2. Agenda items EC(1999-2000)1 to 5, 6 (part) and 7 to 9 were recommended by ESC at its meeting on 21 April 1999. On EC(1999-2000)6, the Administration withdrew the proposal in paragraph 2(a) and the ESC endorsed the proposals in paragraph 2(b). The relevant papers considered by the ESC have previously been forwarded to all Members and are therefore not enclosed.

3. Members are invited to approve the ESC recommendations.
