RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PUBLIC WORKS SUBCOMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMME AND CAPITAL SUBVENTION PROJECTS
At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Public Works Subcommittee (PWSC) made at its meeting on 23 June 1999. The relevant papers considered by the PWSC have previously been forwarded to all Members and are therefore not enclosed.
