RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PUBLIC WORKS SUBCOMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMME AND CAPITAL SUBVENTION PROJECTS


At Enclosures 1 and 2 are summaries of the recommendations of the Public Works Subcommittee (PWSC) made at its meetings on 3 February 1999 and 24 February 1999 respectively. The relevant papers considered by the PWSC have previously been forwarded to all Members and are therefore not enclosed.
