At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Establishment Subcommittee (ESC).

2. Agenda items EC(98-99)10 to 12 were recommended by ESC at its meeting on 4 November 1998. The relevant papers have previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration and are therefore not enclosed.

3. Members are invited to approve the ESC recommendations.
