The Library holds all papers and records relating to the proceedings of the Council and its committees. It also acquires and maintains a collection of reference materials, in the form of books, journals and articles, as well as electronic databases, to facilitate timely and easy reference for the study of policies and legislative matters. The Library opens to the public and is easily accessible.
