According to the decision of the Appeal Committee of the Court of Final Appeal of 18 September 2020 refusing Ms CHAN's application for leave to appeal, CHAN Hoi-yan, by virtue of section 72(5)(b) of the Legislative Council Ordinance (Cap. 542), has ceased to be a member of LegCo since 18 September 2020.
HO Kai-ming
  • Pursuant to section 15(1)(a) of the Legislative Council Ordinance (Cap. 542), HO Kai-ming ceases to hold office as a member of LegCo upon his resignation on 1 June 2020.
