| Some Instruments made under an Ordinance such as codes of practice and technical memoranda, although not subsidiary legislation, may be subject to the scrutiny of the Legislative Council in accordance with a mechanism set out in the relevant Ordinance which substantially replicates that provided for in section 34 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1). |
