Visit to the Judiciary on 21 May 2019
The Legislative Council Panel on Administration of Justice and Legal Services conducted a visit to the Judiciary on 21 May 2019 to exchange views with the Chief Justice of the Court of Final Appeal ("CFA"), Mr Geoffrey MA Tao-li; the Permanent Judge of CFA, Mr Justice Andrew CHEUNG Kui-nung; the Acting Chief Judge of the High Court, Mr Justice Wally YEUNG Chun-kuen; and the Judiciary Administrator, Miss Emma LAU Yin-wah, on issues related to the Judiciary which are of mutual concern.
Members participating in the visit included the Panel Chairman, Dr Hon Priscilla LEUNG Mei-fun; the Panel Deputy Chairman, Hon Dennis KWOK Wing-hang; Panel members Hon Alvin YEUNG, Dr Hon Junius HO Kwan-yiu; and non-Panel members Hon Claudia MO, Hon KWOK Wai-keung, Dr Hon Helena WONG Pik-wan and Hon Wilson OR Chong-sing.
