Visit to the Parent-child Contact Centre On 27 June 2017, the Panel visited the Parent-child Contact Centre under the Hong Kong FamilyWelfare Society to understand its daily operation. Members of the Panel on Welfare Services are briefed on the facilities of the Parent-child Contact Centre ("PCCC") by representatives of the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society.
