香港对电子商贸消费者的保障
网上购物引起的关注
| (a) | 不法商人假借在网上销售货品而开设社交帐戶,但沒有提供任何营商资料及联络方法,并在客戶将款项存入其个人戶口后失去联络;
|
| (b) | 部分电子商贸消费者等候送货多时,却未见商戶更新订单状态;
|
| (c) | 从网上购物平台退货或退款的成功率偏低;14注释符号代表据2019年的调查结果显示,消委会曾在9个网上购物平台进行54次交易。消委会职员要求网购平台退货或退款的成功率不足50%。此外,调查涵盖的网购平台退货期限差异颇大,由收货后7天至90天不等。请参阅Consumer Council (2019b)。

| (d) | 退货手续繁复,消费者往往须自行承担因退货所产生的高昂运费和汇率差额;及
|
| (e) | 部分电子商贸消费者订购的货品未能如期交付,却不获全数退款及仍被扣除手续费。 |
