This research studies the requirements and arrangements for the registration and disclosure of Members' interests in the legislature of the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore. It covers the registration of Members' interests, disclosure of interests, investigation procedure of complaints about Members' registration and declaration of interests, and sanctions against non-compliance of the relevant requirements and procedures.
