It covers two main aspects: first, social security systems in support of the elderly in poverty with regard to programmes in support of the elderly in poverty, eligibility requirements, and benefits; and second, fiscal sustainability strategies for social security programmes with regard to causes for fiscal challenges, and strategies to address fiscal challenges.
