At its meeting on 29 March 2006, the Legislative Council passed the following two bills: (1) Appropriation Bill 2006. (2) Waste Disposal (Amendment) Bill 2005, with amendments proposed by the Secretary for the Environment, Transport and Works at Committee Stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following three resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology under the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation Ordinance. (2) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food relating to the Public Health (Animals and Birds) (Licensing of Livestock Keeping) (Amendment) Regulation 2006. (3) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food relating to the Waste Disposal Ordinance (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Notice 2006.
