At its meeting on 9 November 2005, the Legislative Council passed the following bill: Carriage by Air (Amendment) Bill 2005. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following two resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by Hon Fred LI Wah-ming relating to the extension of the period for amending the Harmful Substances in Food (Amendment) Regulation 2005. (2) Resolution moved by Hon Miriam LAU Kin-yee relating to the extension of the period for amending the Closed Area (Hong Kong Ministerial Conference of World Trade Organization) Order.
