At its meeting on 11 February 2009, the Legislative Council passed the following two resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development under the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation Ordinance. (2) Resolution moved by Hon TAM Yiu-chung relating to the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect: Motion on "Relaxing the eligibility criteria for legal aid", moved by Dr Hon Priscilla LEUNG Mei-fun as amended by Prof Hon Patrick LAU Sau-shing.
