At its meeting on 12 May 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following two motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Reviewing the existing policy on live poultry in Hong Kong", moved by Hon Vincent FANG Kang as amended by Hon WONG Kwok-hing and Hon WONG Yung-kan. (2) Motion on "Protecting the safety and health of employees at work in inclement weather", moved by Hon LI Fung-ying as amended by Hon CHAN Hak-kan and Hon IP Wai-ming.
