At its meeting of 13, 14 and 15 July 2011, the Legislative Council passed the following bill: University of Hong Kong (Amendment) Bill 2010, with amendments moved by Dr Hon David LI Kwok-po at Committee stage. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following four motions not intended to have legislative effect: (1) Motion on "Public Accounts Committee's Report on 'Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Games'", moved by Dr Hon Philip WONG Yu-hong. (2) Motion on "Improving the medical services of the various clusters under the Hospital Authority", moved by Hon Fred LI Wah-ming as amended by Hon Frederick FUNG Kin-kee, Hon CHAN Hak-kan, Dr Hon PAN Pey-chyou, Hon Tommy CHEUNG Yu-yan and Hon Ronny TONG Ka-wah. (3) Motion on "Perfecting harbourfront planning and management in all districts of Hong Kong", moved by Prof Hon Patrick LAU Sau-shing as amended by Hon WONG Kwok-hing, Hon KAM Nai-wai, Hon IP Kwok-him and Hon Tanya CHAN. (4) Motion on "Bidding farewell to the Legislative Council Building", moved by Hon Miriam LAU Kin-yee.
