At its meeting of 1 December 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following resolution: Resolution moved by the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs relating to the District Councils Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 3) Order 2010. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion not intended to have legislative effect: Motion on "Comprehensively reviewing the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme", moved by Hon WONG Kwok-kin as amended by Hon CHAN Kin-por, Hon Ronny TONG Ka-wah and Hon Paul CHAN Mo-po.
